So I went for a ride in my buddy Patrick's 1967 raging red Karmann Ghia, and ever since I got in that car, I can't get that car out of my system!
I've been saving gas money, being a powerful pedestrian, and casually carless since November 2008, when my ex crashed by beloved Tracker (boooooooooooooo!!!). I moved to Canada soon after, and didn't really see the need to get a car while I'm up here.
I have been searching around, and a classic like the one above is on my wishlist - perhaps when I get back to the States or the Karmann finds me in Ottawa. Whichever happens first, I'd ride!
