I'm an over-organized alpha-female ENTJ personality type who likes to celebrate results. We celebrate results at work (raises, promotions, extra vacation time, and the like), but we don't seem to have a cultural standard or practice in life to celebrate personal achievements and growth - nor do we measure such progress.
I work in philanthropy, and so I contrived a method of evaluating my own personal growth and progress, and I'm glad to share it with you. Too bad I don't know how to do attachments.
Essentially, imagine an excel chart whose 31 columns are days of the month and the rows have the items like the following. All you have to do is simply place a check in the columns where you achieve something that relates to the item in the row.
Give it a try!
